How Renting Works
1. Fill out our Rental Application
Fill out our convenient online rental application from your computer or mobile device.
2. The Rental Team Reviews
After receiving your application, our team reviews the information, creates your profile, processes your payment and prepares your order.
3. Warehouse Team Prepares
Our warehouse team receives the order, picks your instrument and prepares it for delivery, pickup, or shipping.
4. Instrument Delivered
(When applicable) Our school representatives visit your school weekly to deliver instruments personally to your school band director. (In-store pickup, shipping, or affilate pickup also available at checkout.)
5. Enjoy your Instrument!
Our Rental Team is always available to help. If you run into any issues or have a question please call, email or live chat. Representatives are available everyday 11am – 5pm.
